Adoption Guidelines

Rocket Dog Rescue is looking for responsible and caring people to give a Rocket Dog their much needed second chance at happiness. The following are just a few initial guidelines you should consider before deciding to adopt:

• Some dogs will require training before the adoption can be completed.
• There may be additional adoption requirements for puppies (puppy classes)
• All adoptive homes must be stable, supportive, and capable and willing to meet all veterinary needs of the animal during there lifetime.
• A home visit may be done.
• We ask for an adoption donation of $240. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped.
• You must be allowed to have dogs where you live.
• You must be over 25 years old to adopt a pitbull or pitbull terrier mix.
• We DO NOT adopt out of state.
