Rocket Dog rescue is looking for a special person to adopt a special dog, Lolo. This 4 pound Chihuahua mix arrived six months ago after a traumatic trip up from L.A. In the short amount of time she’s been with her foster and 7 other doggie friends, she quickly became a part of their “pack”. While she’s not yet fully comfortable with people initiating contact, she’s warmed up to her foster and loves to share his bed and cuddle in his arms. (She still uses puppy pads in the home because she’s not yet confident outdoors.)
Lolo absolutely loves treats and often shows her love and appreciation by giving puppy kisses and cuddles. We also have it on good authority that she can easily be won over with food!
Lolo is currently taking phenobarbital for prevention of seizures and will need to continue this medication for the rest of her life.
Rocket dog is looking to find this sweet and gentle girl a quiet home. While it’s not necessary that Lolo be the only dog in the home, she is looking for a stable home life to help her feel secure and become the lap dog that she wants to be.
Please email adopt@rocketdogrescue.org to meet her!
