Pepper came to us recently from loving owners who could not keep her due to relocation. She is a 4-year-old miniature pinscher who is in good health, completely trained, and incredibly sweet. She will adapt well in just about any environment: small apartment or big house, with or without other dogs, whatever. All she wants is a lap to sit on and an occasional belly rub.
