Phoebe is a cute, young and energetic black and tan Chihuahua mix with big ears and a big heart for a loving home. She's very quiet and a bit timid too, but she warms up to new people quickly. Phoebe is a super-easy dog to walk on leash, and she responds positively to every opportunity to explore the neighborhood. Although she's doing fine in a foster home that includes a big dog and an infant, we think she would be happiest in a home without young kids and an environment where she's the only dog (so she can have more attention) or with other small dogs (she likes them better).  She is about 2 years old, 6-7lbs and is already spayed and UTD on shots.
