Rascal is a 30lb bundle of love and affection with a tail that doesn't stop wagging. Found on the streets of San Francisco, his background is a mystery, but it's obvious he has a lot of love left to give. He wants nothing more than to be by your side, preferably in your lap. Rascal is a great snuggler at night and has a very mellow and quiet demeanor. He gets along very well with other dogs and enjoys daily walks around his 'hood'. Don't let his lame leg fool you, he keeps up
with his foster brother and sister just fine. Rascal seemed to suffer from a little separation anxiety, but once he was comfortable in the stability of his foster home he relaxed and became a member of the family.
