This is Sparky, a pointer mix, who is beautiful, playful, and full of energy. Sparky gets along with other dogs, loves people, and loves to be active, whether going on walks, chasing birds, or playing fetch. He is a curious and focused dog, in that pointer kind of way - and this is where his breed comes into play. Sparky has years and years of pointer behavior deep in his DNA- it's quite fascinating to watch him when he sees a bird or hears a whistle.

Sparky would make a great addition to any active family or couple. He'll love all of the attention, and all of the comings and goings of activity. We're really hoping Sparky might join a family who likes to hike and camp and spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoors, as Sparky would love to be your right hand man. Sparky is learning basic commands, and loves to be rewarded for his good behavior. Sparky really is a sweet dog, who wants nothing more than a forever home to join, and if you have other dogs for Sparky to play with, all the better for him!Sparky is about a year or so old, neutered, and up to date on all of his shots.
