Sweet
Sweet is a lovely 21/2- 3 year old pit-bullie girl, mixed with
yellow lab. I think that lab makes her a bit..well..lets just call
it ...crazy. she is a truly loyal, devoted dog that will greet you
every day with an unbridled enthusiasm (that totters on the verge
of insanity, really)ok, lets just call it like it is SWEET IS A SPAZ.
but oh-so-lovable.
Sweet deserves someone who doesn't mind a dog as a side kick,
someone to love her as much as she loves you! Sweet loves being with you, getting petted, watching tv with you, watching you do the dishes, balance your check book and giving you exuberant dog licks, (if you'll let her).. she is your all around best pal for hanging out.
Sweet LOVES going anywhere - a ride, a walk, outside..(seriously,
she acts like going to the front to water the plants is a trip to
Disneyland).
She also loves any kind of touching, treats, playing ball & sleeping. She is about 3 years old and is half lab/half pit-bull. While her looks are mostly pit-bull, her personality and temperament are definitely lab. She would love to pal around with you or just sleep on her pillow.
She is very smart and has her basic training down. She knows voice and some hand commands to sit, stay, lay down, no, down, go, out, come eat, and up.
Sweet needs work around other dogs. She wants to play and make friends with everyone (dogs and people) but the way she runs up (hog wild) I think it startles them. so for that reason, she is not a dog park dog because she puts other dogs on guard upon first meeting.And they sometimes feel the need to stop her from acting like a spaz with no doggie boundaries (by munching her ear, lets say).. She loves the cat but the cat does not love her!
Sweet has some allergies - grass or other seasonal plants (mostly in the spring) so if you have a cement patio I'm sure she'd be just fine with that! Parks give her bumps. (her allergies basically give her little bumps, nothing too serious).
I know,I know.. with this description she sounds like some really nice, cute, but crazy chick that you are always wanting to avoid her calls cause she is just so clingy and strange, and every time you are around her someone picks a fight or your wallet gets stolen ...right?
But Sweet is endearing, joyful, truly will love you to the deepest
part of her heart and soul. Give her a chance.
