Toby is a young minature pinscher mix who was brought into a shelter as a stray.  He patiently waited for three weeks and no one claimed him! He is a nice boy who likes treats and kisses…he would make a great companion for walking or lazing around!  He is full grown and weighs about 12 lbs.
