Meet adorable Aphie, a super sweet 4-year-old Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix, weighing in at 45 lbs. Aphie is a true people pup, house-trained and well behaved. She is great at meeting new people and is calm and gentle with everyone she meets, including kids! While she may prefer to be the only furry friend in the household, her love and loyalty will more than make up for it.
Aphie thrives in a calm and nurturing environment. She isn’t fond of busy, noisy streets and would be an ideal match for a family with low-keyed children (no cats), living in a calm setting. Aphie quickly adapts to the rules of the house, has lots of love to give and loves getting hugs! She is medium to high energy and would really enjoy (needs!) a couple of long daily walks in peaceful surroundings.
