Angel (female) and Georgie (male) are a bonded pair of lifelong besties. They definitely lean on each other for support through the difficulty of their previous owner’s passing. Their demeanors are as delicate as their tiny bodies (they weigh less than 10 pounds), but once they warm up to you their personalities truly come out. Both dogs are about 8 years old.
Their fosters say, “Angel is the braver one who has warmed up in our home nicely, while Georgie prefers to stay wrapped in his warm blanket. They both are the perfect pair for anyone looking for a Netflix and movie buddy. They are older, delicate flowers and would much prefer to be with you wrapped in a blanket than out on a hike. They do love nature, but they were not previously leash-trained and would probably be best with a house that has a yard for them. They have been socialized with my own small dogs and also my daughter’s dogs who are large breeds (including a pit they were perfectly comfortable around).
“They are picky eaters and I believe they were previously fed human food, but have been adjusting to dog food (slowly).
They are potty and crate-trained, and puppy pad-trained. We have had zero accidents and they have been perfect house guests. They are truly the perfect dogs for someone who wants to experience companionship, but doesn’t want the work of training a puppy.”
