“We have a dog named Faith that we wholeheartedly believe deserves a chance at living a great life. We pulled Faith from the euthanasia list at Monterey County Animal Services in August. She was found wandering the streets of Chualar in South County, which is an unincorporated small town.
Since the end of August Faith has been with our friends at Dogwood Ranch Pet Resort in Prunedale, CA. This dog is the absolute sweetest, most loving dog you will ever meet. She is like a baby in the car, and immediately falls asleep, most of the time with her head or paw on your lap.
She came to us with an injured front leg. Unfortunately the injury was too old to perform surgery (or any type of surgery that our tiny rescue – SCAR – could afford). She needs an adopter that understands that she will require lifetime pain management for her leg, or someone with the financial means to be able to consult with specialists on surgery, or willing to amputate her leg.
She gets along great with ALL other dogs, small and large. She is small in stature, weighing only about 40 to 45 pounds. Slim, with long legs.
Faith really deserves to have her own human. She thrives on human affection and will be such a great dog for whomever opens their heart and home to her. Please let me know if there is any chance you can assist us with this situation.”
Again, this is a courtesy post. Rocket Dog has no knowledge or information about Faith, other than what is stated here. Please contact carla@scar.pet with any questions and to apply for her. Thank you!
