Fern is a 1 year old, Border Collie (?) mix who weighs 43lbs. She is a very sweet girl who is still working on building confidence. Fern came to us from a rural area in the Central Valley so the sights, sounds, and smells, or our urban environment can be a lot for her. She is still leaning the basics and needs to keep fine tuning her leashing walking skills.
Fern loves other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog to help her build confidence. Having another dog to show her to ropes really speeds up the learning process. Once she gets to know you, Fern is a total lovebug who wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap and cuddle.
