Frankie and his siblings were abandoned in a house when their owners moved away and left them. They lived there for weeks surviving off of food neighbors threw over the fence until someone finally called Animal Control. Despite this, Frankie is the sweetest pup.
Please read the following carefully:
Frankie can be a little shy at first with new people, but quickly warms up. He is very loving and cuddly with his people. Frankie is good with other dogs, but can be dominant, so if there is another dog in the home, he would do best with a more submissive dog. He can be possessive of his people from other dogs in the home at first, but once he bonds with the other dog, that all goes away. Frankie is currently in foster with another male Aussie, and after the transition period, the two have become the best of friends. He is looking for a home with herding breed experience.
Frankie is your typical energetic young Aussie who loves to play fetch and go on long walks. He will need at least 2 hours of exercise a day. Frankie is very much still a puppy so adopters should be committed to his ongoing training and socialization. (LH)
