Freya is a 1 year old stunning husky gal, with some serious puppy energy. She loves to play with her ball, go on runs, play with other dogs (the bigger the better as her excitement scares off some of the smaller pups), and be outdoors.
Freya is drawn to other dogs, and she’s very playful. She’d love to be with another dog at home, but given her excited, play-oriented tendencies, she would do better with an older more dominant dog who likes to play who can show her the ropes. Otherwise, she’s just as content to occupy herself at home with her toys, and leave play for the park. Freya loves people too, and regularly seeks their attention. Freya will do best in an adult-only home with husky experience.
As far as her foster can tell she’s potty trained. She’s paces by the front/yard door when she needs to go. She is working on her basic obedience skills beyond “sit”. She can be stubborn, but that’s part of the husky charm and she prefers that you call her “strong-willed”.
If you love the outdoors, want a committed running buddy, and are someone who can invest time in training, you’ll be incredibly lucky to be in the company of this quirky, husky gal. (MC)
