Lewa is a 15-20 pound, 2-year-old spaniel mix. Lewa‘s best qualities are that she is wicked smart, a world-class snuggler, potty trained, and not destructive around the house when left alone. She can be a little reactive on leash, but she is making incredible progress and fine with other dogs (she really just wants to say hello and play). Lewa needs to be in an experienced, permanently female-only home. She is a completely different, and happier, dog around women and we have tested this enough times to know that the right home for her needs to be exactly that. You would never know this about her upon first meeting, so it can be tricky to navigate. Therefore, no exceptions to this rule.
With dog-experience, stability, and continued socialization, Lewa will make the most incredible companion. She is truly a very sweet and special girl. So if you are a dog-savvy woman/women household who plans to remain that way, and you are looking for a devoted snugglebug, Lewa is perfect! (SkS)
