Meet Lira! This affectionate 8 month old Pit Bull mix is going to warm your heart with her playful and outgoing personality. She is accepting of everyone and has been enjoying hiking trips and time playing with her favorite toys. Since she’s still a puppy, she loves play time with other dogs and entertaining herself by tossing toys around outside.
Lira has grown into a loving and sweet dog who has an easy going demeanor that does well with other dogs and children. She can be excited to meet people and other dogs but is easily controlled with verbal correction and is treat and toy motivated.
Lira would do best in an active household that can offer her plenty of play time to expend her puppy energy and would continue her obedience training. Puppies can not be left alone for long periods of time, so Liras’ new family needs to have at least one family member home the majority of that day. This is an important bonding, socialization, and training time for your new family member! (TS)
