Meet sweet Luna, an approximately 3-½-year-old, lovable, large breed mix who weighs in at approx.75 lbs (although she could lose a little bit of weight). Luna is an amazingly sweet, playful, and affectionate girl. She loves spending time with people and other dogs, both big and small.
Luna has never met a stranger and will immediately come up to you and introduce herself by wiggling her entire body. Luna especially loves water and loves hanging out in the kiddie pool at the Sanctuary and playing with water from the hose.
When out on a trail hike with a couple of volunteers, Luna’s leash manners were great! (See video below.)And, after the hike, Luna was calm and very well-behaved at an outdoor restaurant with other dogs and people. She demonstrated nothing but friendliness and received quite a few pets in return. And last, but not least, Luna kisses are the best!!
