Meet sweet Luna, an approximately 3-½-year-old, lovable 70-pound mixed breed. Luna is an amazingly sweet, playful, and affectionate girl. She loves spending time with people and other dogs, both big and small.
Luna has never met a stranger and will immediately come up to you and introduce herself by wiggling her entire body. Luna especially loves water and loves hanging out in the kiddie pool at the Sanctuary and playing with water from the hose.
When out on a trail hike with a couple of volunteers, Luna’s leash manners were great! (See video below.)And, after the hike, Luna was calm and very well-behaved at an outdoor restaurant with other dogs and people. She demonstrated nothing but friendliness and received quite a few pets in return. And last, but not least, Luna kisses are the best!!
Update: Luna recently went on vacation with foster mom to a farm and there were 12 other dogs and she was great with everyone, people and dogs. And, we found out she likes to swim!! She is good with kids of all ages, too.
