Meet Micah! This loving and affectionate 9 month old Shepard mix is going to warm your heart when he greets you with kisses and his wagging tail. He adores his people and wants to be your best friend, staying by your side, waiting for you at the door when you leave, and snuggling with you on the couch. Micah is a sweet and gentle soul that will watch over you when you are ill, as he has done with his foster mom.
Even though he is just a pup Micah is house trained, learns quickly, and has manners in the house. He is working on leash training and puppy obedience, and needs a family that is committed to his ongoing training. He is happy to chill by your side after a walk and has medium energy, though he will daily exercise. (Not a walk around the block.) He currently weighs approximately 40 pounds but we estimate his full weight to be approximately 55 pounds.
Micah gets along well with other dogs who are friendly and would do best in a household with mature children. He has not been cat tested.
