Myka is a lovely girl who is looking for her forever home! She’s a 3 year-old Husky who weighs 75 pounds.
Per her foster dad, Myka is cool, calm and collected and has done well in the car, as well as on leash, where she loves exploring and going on long walks and hikes. She’s working on her basic obedience skills and we’ve discovered that her favorite toys are the squeaky ones. Myka’s a good communicator and makes little howls when she’s playing or when she needs to go potty. She’s been friendly with other dogs she’s encountered even in confined spaces like elevators.
An adopter with breed experience is preferred or minimally an adopter who has had other working type dogs like shepherds. (She hasn’t been cat-tested, but usually Huskies and cats don’t mix well.)
