Odie is a loving, cuddly companion who enjoys a long walk and snuggling up on the couch. He is peppy and enthusiastic when out and about, but mellow at home. He is house-trained and rarely barks in the home. He is shy with new people, but warms up over time as he gets comfortable. He likes playing with other small dogs and is friendly with big ones, too. He is respectful on the leash and learns quickly. Odie goes out for a quick stroll (10 minutes) every 3-4 hours and gets 1-2 long walks per day (1 hour). He sleeps happily in a bed or in his crate. Because he is sometimes scared of new people and needs reassurance, Odie would do best in a home with respectful older children.
One year-old Odie is a Pug mix who weighs 20 pounds.
He’d love to see if you’re a match; fill out an adoption application and a volunteer will contact you. (L.)
