Retro Roscoe is an older Chi-mix who weighs about 11 pounds. He was a beloved pet all his life but his owner passed away. It’s clear the loss has been hard for him, but Roscoe has been so delightful. Despite his 11 years of age, he is a busy, inquisitive, quick learner and has adapted well to his foster home.
Retro Roscoe was recently adopted by a wonderful couple with two cats. Roscoe did GREAT in his new home and didn’t bother the resident cats at all, but one of his little feline roommates just couldn’t adjust to having him around. Thankfully, the adopters chose to respect the current residents in the home but sadly for Roscoe, he had to go!
Roscoe fetches, plays like a puppy, and walks nicely on a leash. He is pretty active, but also would like to be your lap dog. He gets along well with the fosters’ small dog and has shown no signs of food/resource guarding.
Retro Roscoe is a clean, neat dog and communicates clearly when he wants to go out. He is also crate trained. Roscoe loves to play with his toys and has been a perfect gentleman in his foster home!
Roscoe doesn’t need a lot of room because of his physical size but what this dude lacks in physical presence, he makes up in personality! This little man is a giant pleasure!
