Shaw is a 6 month-old lab mix who came to us with his brother Hobbs all the way from the streets of Taiwan. When they first arrived, the boys were very underweight and scared but they are thriving both physically and mentally in their foster home. If we had to guess, we believe these guys are going to be large dogs.
Our foster writes of Shaw:
“This shy but curious boy warms up quickly to new people and surroundings. He loves to play tag with our cat and can’t get enough wrestling time in with our dog. He loves our kids especially when they throw sticks for him to chase in the backyard. He is a bit of a trickster, loving to take food bowls, crate blankets and shoes outside. He is doing great with crate training, sleeping through the night with no accidents and will let you know if he needs a nighttime potty break. He is house trained with zero accidents in the house!! He has shown an interest in shoes but is easily redirected to his own toys for chewing and playing. He needs some help figuring out how to walk on leash. He loves being part of a family and is always excited to see us. He will bring his forever family a lifetime of love and laughter.”
