Snowball is a sweet 1-year-old puppy described by his foster mom as loving, people and dog friendly, playful, and sometimes a little stubborn, which is typical of Huskies. He weighs 40 pounds and will fill out at as he matures.
He is very friendly and will approach people, sit at their feet and look up at them asking for pets – which is quite adorable! When passing another dog on a walk, he wags his tail and walks toward them wanting to meet them.
Snowball has medium to high energy and will need 2 to 3 hours of exercise per day in the form of hikes, long walks, and the like. He has normal puppy “antics” and energy and is more praise-motivated than food-motivated. He is smart and will learn quickly. (He has not been cat-tested, but we are assuming the husky in him will be too much temptation for him.)
Bonus: Snowball can be your yoga or snuggle buddy, as seen in the pictures with his fosters.
If you are ready for the love (and “work” of training and socializing) of this sweet puppy, please fill out an application and a volunteer will be in touch. (HD)
