Teddy is the perfect example of why we love our fosters! This shell-shocked 5 year-old boy came from a hoarding case, where he had little human contact. A wonderful and patient foster stepped up and has been slowly showing him that humans and the outside world can be wonderful.
Fast forward and Duke is one happy, friendly pup! He’s fully potty-trained, loves going on walks, and enjoys spending time with his goofy pitbull foster sibling.
Teddy will be happiest in a home with another dog because he isn’t a fan of being alone (thus the second dog recommendation), so a person/family who is home more often than not would be ideal. (Retired folks, he’s calling your names!)
Teddy is a Chihuahua mix who weighs about 20 pounds.
