“Miss Leah is looking for her one and only, or several, as she has a very big heart and a great love of people. She will be two years old on February 14th. She is a Blue Nose pittie with soulful golden eyes. Leah loves dogs, large and small. She plays with a big Boxer named Joey when she is visiting her other home. She lives with two small dogs, one male and one female. She loves to play but at times she can be a little rough because of her size (45 pounds) and strength.
She has been through doggie “boot camp” where she learned sit, stay, come, leave it, down, and heal. I can actually walk her with the leash draped over my should and she will walk right next to me. Leah sits in front of her food bowl patiently, waiting for the command to eat. Leah loves to play tag with her humans and runs around the house like a little bull in a china shop. She is a real hoot! Leah also loves laps and napping on the couch with her humans. Or you will find her sitting in her crate gnawing happily of a bone..
Leah sleeps in her crate, or sometimes on her humans bed.. She is a real snuggle-bug for sure. Leah uses the doggie door to go out into the backyard at well. She is house trained. Leah is wonderful at riding in the car, she will either sleep or sit quietly and watch the scenery go by.
Leah is quiet, not one to bark. She sometimes forgets to bark if someone comes to the door.. Leah is a favorite at the local Home Depot where all the employees fawn all over her. Leah is wonderful in public places and gatherings.
Do you want, need, a running companion, look no farther? Leah is your girl.. She loves to run behind an electric scooter for short outings, just burning off her youthful energy. Leah is great as an only dog or being one of the pack.
Leah has been spayed and is current on all of her shots, including Lyme’s, and is micro chipped.”
