Medium (25 – 60 lbs) Learn MorePocket Pittie alert! This staffie mix has a cute face that looks very much like a Boston terrier.. your guess is as good as ours as to her breed! This 3 year old, 42 pound girl can’t wait to meet her new family.
She’s got one of those ear-to-ear smiles that lights up the room, and a joyful playfulness to her energy. Her tail wag quickly turns into a wiggle butt and full body waggle that’s so excited to see you come to take her for a walk!
She came to us from a local shelter, she was surrendered by her previous family who lost their housing and were no longer able to keep her. She’s ready for a fresh start. What is she looking for in a new home?
She would like to be with an active family that will take her out for hikes, long walks, and adventures as often as possible. She’s so excited to see what the Bay Area has to offer.
Jada appears to have been previously potty trained, and likely did some basic obedience training though she could use a refresher on basic manners (such as walking politely on leash, not jumping up to greet people). Training will need to be a priority in her new home.
No cats for Miss Jada; they are too tempting to chase. Small dogs are not recommended for this energetic girl either. She enjoys playtime with other dogs her size or larger, though she comes on strong and can be a little overwhelming to some other doggie friends if they are not prepared for all of her energy!
Here is Jada playing with her friend Kermit:

Jada would love to hang out in your foster home, while she awaits her forever one. Please let us know if you can help out.
