Michelle is an outgoing, social gal who loves everyone she meets. She laps up the attention from our volunteers and shows lots of love in return. She is about a year-old and weighs forty pounds.
Before coming to us, Michelle and her sister Pancake were living in a foster home with two Golden Retrievers. Michelle loved playing with the other dogs and the previous foster shared that she is very dog friendly.
Michelle has it all- crate trained, leash trained and house trained. She has a lot of energy and can get overly excited by other dogs so that’s something that her adopters will want to work on with her. She is very treat motivated which should help with manners and learning commands.
It’s been a journey for this girl. We’re looking for an adopter ready to open their home to this young, fun gal or another loving foster home for Michelle so that she can have a soft landing before going to her forever home. Please submit your application if that could be you! (AL)
Fosters help us help our recently-rescued dogs by providing a soft landing spot so they can acclimate and show us their true personalities and important info to make forever matches.
