Heeth is a 9 year-old miniature pinscher, but don’t let his age fool you! He still has a lot of spunk and energy for his age.
He loves to go on walks – he will jump up and down out of excitement as soon as he sees his leash. Heeth is also potty-trained, good in the car, and quiet at home. He will sleep quietly in his crate at night and loves to burrow under blankets with only his nose peeping out. (It’s the cutest thing to see him make his burrito!) He weighs 9 pounds and is a perfect travel-everywhere-with-you kind of guy.
Heeth can be protective of his crate, as it his “safe space”, and does not want you to reach in to force him out. But he will happily go in and out of his crate on his own free will, and can easily be enticed with a carrot or other treat. When out of his crate he is completely sociable and happy to follow you around or snuggle in your lap. He would do best in a home with one or two quiet adults, not a hectic environment. He would be fine with another dog, or happy to be an only child as well.
If you would like to meet Heeth, please complete an application and a volunteer will be in touch (KF).
