Natasha Koral, Board Member
Natasha Koral is the co-founder of Dan Perata Training, a 12,000-square foot extensive training and boarding and daycare facility in San Francisco’s Bayview district known for working with every type of training from puppies to successfully rehabilitating ‘lost cause’ dogs and transforming them into happy family pets.
Natasha cut her professional teeth in the securities industry before spending nearly two decades in the music business as an agent and manager, as well producing both large-scale music festivals and local nightclub events. After many years as an account executive and sales lead in the hospitality and ticketing businesses, Natasha and her husband founded DPT and manifested their dream of working with dogs and the people who love them. With her warm laugh, endless quips, razor-sharp communications skills and deep compassion, Natasha brings her business and people skills to Rocket Dog Rescue’s Board of Directors.
Christine Garcia, Board Secretary
Legal and Secretary
Christine is an accomplished animal law attorney for more than 15 years. After receiving her BA at UC Berkeley, Christine studied at both Loyola Chicago and the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco to receive her JD. Christine joined the Rocket Dog Board of Directors in 2014 when she was elected to Secretary.
She is passionate about getting people involved to help animals locally, from eating a vegan diet to volunteering with their local shelter. She actively works towards lasting change for animals in the law each week in Court.
Pali Boucher, Founder and President
Pali, a San Francisco native, founded Rocket Dog Rescue in 2001 with the mission to help create a world where all companion animals having loving and permanent homes and where no good natured dogs, no matter what their age, are killed because they are considered to be surplus or un-adoptable.
As President of Rocket Dog Rescue, she has the grown the group for small side-walk adoption events in San Francisco to organization with a strong reputation and presence with events throughout the Bay Area. But most importantly, Pali has been the leading force in helping Rocket Dog Rescue save the lives of over 7000 animals.
Pali is also the recipient of the prestigious Points of Light Award in 2001 for her outstanding volunteerism. She is a beacon for many in animal rescue community, with her many contributions featured on numerous television and news outlets.
